1. Product Description
l Proper fiber specification: 1.5D-7D
l Main cylinder diameter 1230mm with 5 sets working zones.
l our rollers feeding with frequency control, installed with anti-metal alarm and auto-reverse function.
l Installed with 5 sets frequency changer to control the feeding, cylinder, doffer, inner clutter, outer clutter.
l Two layers output, the lattice is PVC lattice.
l Top cover with PVC material,and lifting with air pressure.
l 4kw motor suction edge fan on each side of the machine.
l Bottom with conveying dust collection, together with the dust collection of the vibrating feeder.
2. Machine Fuction
It is designed with double cylinder and sigle or double doff, fiber is sent from front cylinder to middle doff and main cylinder through rollers, each cylinder have 4 to 5 sets of carding rollers, after many times of carding then feed to the curtain on the cross lapper.
